Suppose you have two roller shutters or awnings hanging near each other, and you want to control them with 1 switch, this is normally not possible because the tube motors would then "interfere" with each other. Therefore, the Somfy Rk2 relay box is used so that you can control the items with 1 switch or timer. The Somfy Rk2 relay box ensures that the tube motors are powered and controlled separately. In this relay box, each tube motor is separately fused. The Somfy Rk-2 relay box is suitable for normal home/garden 230 volt AC tube motors.
