Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 30 days of receipt without stating any reason (Article 6:230o Dutch Civil Code). In that case, the agreement will be dissolved and we will refund the full purchase amount, including any delivery costs paid (Article 6:230r Dutch Civil Code).

The right of withdrawal applies exclusively to consumers (Article 6:230h Dutch Civil Code). Business customers are not entitled to this right.

Exceptions

• Products that have been manufactured or customized specifically for you (Article 6:230p Dutch Civil Code).
• Items that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons once the seal has been broken.
• Orders that are irrevocably mixed with other goods (Article 6:230p Dutch Civil Code).
• Withdrawal solely for the purpose of entering into the agreement again later at a lower price.

Conditions during the reflection period

During the reflection period, you must handle the product and its packaging with care. You may only handle and inspect the product as you would be allowed to do in a physical store. Unnecessary damage or use may result in a reduction in value.

Registering a return

1. Return label or registration
   You may use TROMM’s return form or the model withdrawal form (PDF). If preferred, you can also send an email to info@tromm.com. You will receive a response within 24 hours with further instructions.
2. Packing and shipping
   The product must be returned to Tromm International B.V. complete, with all supplied accessories and, if reasonably possible, in the original packaging. Always include your order number.
3. Return period
   The product must be returned to our return address no later than 14 days after registration.

Refund

We will refund the amount due within 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we have received the product or until you have provided proof that you have returned the product. Refunds will be made to the bank account used for the original payment, unless you expressly provide a different account number.

Canceling before shipment

Would you like to cancel your order before it has been shipped? This is possible without any issues. For custom-made products, cancellation may no longer be possible once production has started.

• Fastest option: please give us a call (see phone number on the right) and have your order number ready.
• If the order has already been shipped or prepared for shipment, you may refuse the package upon delivery or return it under the right of withdrawal.
