Delivery Time
- Ordered before 1:00 PM = shipped the same day (business days).
- After 1:00 PM or on weekends: shipment on the next business day.
- Real-time inventory: our system is directly linked to the webshop. If a product can be ordered, it is truly in stock.
- Delivery: usually the next business day between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. We cannot guarantee an exact delivery time.

Carriers
We ship by default with PostNL. Upon request, UPS, DHL, FedEx, DPD, and GLS are also available. For large or specialized shipments, we work with reliable external partners. The choice of carrier depends on size, weight, and destination.
International Shipping
Customers outside our standard shipping countries can also place orders with us. For these international shipments, shipping costs are available upon request. Feel free to contact us, and we will provide a suitable solution and quotation.
Track & Trace
After shipment, you will receive a confirmation by email with track & trace details. This allows you to follow your order from our warehouse to your doorstep.
Not at Home?
No problem. The carrier will attempt delivery again or take your package to a pickup location. All information can be found in your track & trace.
