Submitting a complaint

    Describe your complaint and the solution you would like. Please include your order number and, if possible, add photos or documents.
  2. Confirmation
    You will receive a confirmation within two business days, along with information about the next steps.
  3. Substantive response
    We aim to respond substantively within five business days. If more time is needed, we will inform you of the reason and the expected timeframe.
