Somfy Solar kit | Oximo 40 RTS 6 Nm
This automation package is specifically designed to control shutter motors wirelessly using solar energy.
The system consists of one:
- A tubular motor Oximo 40 Wirefree RTS 6/18 12 Vdc,
with built-in high frequency receiver
- A solar panel
- Battery pack
- 5 meter extension cable
The Oximo 40 RTS 6/18 can pull roller shutters of up to 30 kg.

A complete system includes:
- An Oximo RTS tubular motor, with built-in high-frequency receiver.
- One solar panel
- Battery 12V
- 5 meter extension cable
In addition:
- Push button for switching off the power supply.
- Possibility to connect a second solar panel depending on the orientation and installation characteristics.
- Reception range: 20 meters through 2 concrete walls.
- Simple wireless adjustment by means of remote control.
- Possibility to combine with wireless timer (possibly with light sensor).
- Automatic intermediate position standard preprogrammed on the daylight position.
- 1 Oximo RTS tubular motor can be operated wirelessly with up to 12 wireless control points.
- Not applicable with relay boxes, standard switches and standard controls.
- Fits in a tube octo 40 with felling edge on the outside.
- Capacity of final adjustment: 200 revolutions. Running time limited to 4 min.
- Not suitable for continuous operation.
To operate the automation package, you must purchase an RTS remote control separately.
